Why 3 letter question; 1 word answer, because. 1 baby & 2 toddlers, they came with practically nothing. What the had wasn’t worth keeping. We had no beds, no car seats, no toys, a Mini Cooper but no mini van. We were totally unprepared to go from empty nesters to diaper changers. But none of that mattered. Psalm 68:5-6 transformed me from indifferent to enthusiastic. It didn’t matter what their ages were or what it would cost us. It was something God was asking us to do. And it’s been all uphill from there. Why is a big question, but perhaps a larger question is why not.
